Our Childbirth Education Course helps you learn about what to expect in labor, birth and as a new parent, as well as learn about different interventions and options you have for your birth and parenting journey.

Our Postpartum & Newborn Course helps you understand what to expect in the fourth trimester. You will learn all about what to expect as far as postpartum recovery, caring for your newborn and breastfeeding education.

As a parent or caregiver, you want to be ready for anything. Join us for a Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Class designed specifically for families preparing to welcome a new baby. This hands-on training will equip you with the skills and confidence to respond to emergencies involving infants, children, and adults.
Our Birth Doula services are to help you feel supported and advocated for as you prepare for birth and during your birthing experience. We want to help you navigate your birth plan, provide emotional, physical, partner and educational support.

There are many nutrients, vitamins and hormones found in the placenta that work with your body to recover and to heal from all aspects of childbirth, both physical and mental. Encapsulating your placenta delivers these nutrients back to your body, speeding up your physical recovery time and aiding in a smooth transition from pregnancy to postpartum!
Our Postpartum Doula services are to help you navigate the journey of having a newborn. We want to make sure you are healing, resting and truly enjoying the new season of having your newborn. We help take care of things from light laundry, dishes, and errands so you can rest, to waking with baby at night to help you get sleep, to helping with breastfeeding and/or pumping and much more.

Our goal is to prepare, empower, and support you as you heal and navigate life with your newborn.

Welcoming a new baby is an exciting time for the whole family, and we’re here to support your older children during this transition! Our sibling doula services provide compassionate, hands-on care for your little ones while you focus on labor, birth, and postpartum recovery.
