Childbirth Education Class $175 per couple
Childbirth Education Class
Our comprehensive childbirth education classes are based upon data and up to date recommendations found on Evidence Based Birth . This course covers pregnancy questions you may have, the physiological and hormonal aspects of the birth process, coping skills and comfort measures, the biomechanics of your pelvis & positions for optimal presentation and progression, common interventions as well as risks/benefits of them, postpartum education, breastfeeding and basic newborn preferences.
You will see the option of a hospital or home birth/birth center class. These are similar but have intentional education based on your choice of birth location.
These courses are available as group sessions. If you would like a private session, an additional fee of $50 will apply.
If you are a birth client - only the group class is complimentary - any private classes will be full price plus additional private class fee.
Settling in With Baby |Postpartum, Newborn, Breastfeeding Class

Settling in with Baby Class
This is a comprehensive postpartum and newborn course.
This course covers postpartum questions you may have including but not limited to: physical recovery, mental health, fitness, sex after childbirth, and more.
We also will be educating you on newborn health, appearances and abilities, specific infant care techniques including bottle feeding, breastfeeding, colic, sleep support, soothing techniques, diapering, hygiene, safety, and healthcare.
Finally, we will spend a significant amount of time educating you on breastfeeding: breast anatomy and hormones, positions, milk transitions, latching, supplies and more.
These courses are available as group sessions. If you would like a private session, an additional fee of $50 will apply.

Adult & Pediatric First Aid / CPR / AED Certification for Parents & Caregivers

As a parent or caregiver, you want to be ready for anything. Join us for a Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Class designed specifically for families preparing to welcome a new baby. This hands-on training will equip you with the skills and confidence to respond to emergencies involving infants, children, and adults.
In this class, you will learn how to:
✅ Recognize and respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies
✅ Perform CPR and use an AED for all ages
✅ Provide first aid for common household injuries
✅ Handle choking situations quickly and effectively
This certification is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone who wants to be empowered with life-saving skills. Upon completion, you will receive a 2-year Red Cross Certification in Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
A portion of this class is virtual and MUST be completed prior to attending this in-person skills class. You will receive an email directly from the American Red Cross with the login info and steps for completing this course. Every individual must complete this in their own profile.
Birth Planning Session
$50 per couple
Birth Planning Session | Approx. 1 hr
This takes place over an hour long virtual call. We will take time to discuss your birth preferences.
We will discuss birth atmosphere, labor preferences, interventions, postpartum preferences, what to expect in a your desired birth setting (hospital, home, birth center), and answer any questions you may have about crafting a birth plan.
Birth Preparation Session
$100 per couple
Birth Preparation Session | Approx. 1-1.5 hours
This is an in person meeting to help you prepare for your upcoming birth. We encourage your birth partners to step in and play an active role in the birth experience. We will teach hands-on techniques, position changes, massage techniques and other tools to utilize to help support a birthing mom. We will coach the birth partner on coping methods and emotional support tools to help during the birth experience.
