Tikara Cannon, MPH, IBCLC
Tikara is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a Master of Public Health. She supports families from pregnancy through early postpartum and as babies' needs change. She looks at the whole family, beyond a single symptom, to understand what's affecting feeding. Then she builds a plan around your goals and what you have capacity for. She believes maternal mental health is foundational to infant feeding care, and that you should feel heard and supported without sacrificing your own well-being.
