Insurance & Payment

For birth services: A 50% deposit is expected upon receipt of your signed contract and the remaining balance is expected at 36 weeks gestation. The total payment is based on the package you have chosen. We do offer monthly payment plans if needed.

For Postpartum Services: A 25% retainer fee is expected upon receipt of your signed contract. Postpartum hours will be billed weekly as they are used. Based on package selected, your hours may expire after a set amount of time.

For our other services such as education, birth plan assistance, etc: Payment is expected in advance.

Insurance:

Although we do not accept insurance, you may be eligible to pay for our services via your Health Savings Account (HSA). If you would like to do this, reach out to your insurance and make sure it will be covered. We will provide you with a receipt of services along with our tax ID information.
