We want to make sure cost is never a barrier to the support you deserve.
Payment structure
Most of our packages are split into two payments: 50% due at signing and 50% due at 38 weeks. This structure lets you plan ahead without a large upfront cost.
Payment Plans Available
Need more flexibility? We offer payment plans to help spread the cost over time. Reach out to us to discuss an arrangement that works for your situation.
Insurance
Our services are not billed through insurance. However, many clients are able to seek reimbursement through their plan or HSA/FSA. We're happy to provide you with the documentation and information you need to submit a claim.
Carrot Benefits
Approved Provider
We are an approved Carrot Benefits provider. If your employer offers Carrot as a fertility or family-forming benefit, you may be able to use those funds toward our birth & postpartum doula services.
Need Financial Assistance?
We offer financial assistance for families who need it. Whether that looks like a sliding scale rate, a partial scholarship, or a full scholarship through our assistance fund — we will always do our best to find a way to work with you.
Financial assistance is available on a limited basis. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out — we keep these conversations private and judgment-free.
