A little bit about me...
I am a mother of four and a disciple of Christ above all else, which shapes how I love, serve, and show up for the families I support. My home is filled with life, laughter, and the comfort of my pets, who bring so much joy to my everyday moments. I deeply value connection—whether I’m reading, learning something new, or spending meaningful time with my family, friends, and clients.

what is your doula philosophy?
My philosophy is simple: every birth and postpartum journey is unique, and each one deserves thoughtful, individualized support. When families are nurtured well, they are better able to thrive—and that ripple effect extends into stronger, healthier communities.
why did you become a doula?
I became a doula during a season of reflection when I felt called to step beyond the classroom and into more direct, hands-on support for families. Witnessing the need for better birth and postpartum care, I felt led to be part of the solution—helping families feel prepared, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
favorite types of clients to support?
Any client who desires support—I believe everyone deserves to feel cared for, informed, and never alone in their journey.

a few of my favorite things...
I could happily enjoy Mediterranean and Turkish food every day, and I have a well-known sweet tooth I’m still trying to keep in check. I also love simple comforts like goat milk soaps and anything that helps me slow down, relax, and care for my body and mind.
