A little bit about me...
I am a 31 year old single mom of a two year old daughter. I had her at home and she is my first! I am a follower of Jesus, a lover of good local coffee, walks, nature hikes, good food, and creating fun memories with friends.

what is your doula style?
Childbirth is supernaturally natural. It is euphoric, yet so real and raw. It is a self-transformative life changing experience from the inside out. There is life in its very essence and origin. Therefore, it must be kept sacred for both mother, child, and loved ones. Postpartum is a time of transformation as well as transition. It should also be kept sacred for the mother, baby, and family. Nurturing and caring for the new mother is essential to the transformative healing and becoming process. Extra love, support, and care through education, emotional guidance, instilling hope, serving hot meals and caring for the newborn, are means to establishing this goal.
why did you become a doula?
I became a doula because I wanted to be apart of the miracle that birth is while supporting women through one of the most transformative events of their lives. I become a postpartum doula because I saw such a need for this kind of support while I was preparing for my own birth and postpartum journey. So much care, love, and support is needed during birth and postpartum. I love supporting families through this beautiful time.

Home birth and vbac clients are my absolute favorite.
