Cancellation & Refund Policy – Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

🔹 Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before the Class – Full refund or option to reschedule to a future class.

🔹 Cancellations Made 3-6 Days Before the Class – 50% refund or one-time rescheduling to a future class.

🔹 Cancellations Within 48 Hours or No-Shows – No refunds. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $25 transfer fee.

🔹 Class Cancellations by Organizer – In the rare event that we need to cancel the class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
