This course covers what to expect in postpartum, how to focus on healing mentally and physically in postpartum, all about newborn and infant care support, as well as education on breastfeeding. Pricing for this class is for birthing mom plus one support person.

About the event
This is a comprehensive postpartum and newborn course.
This course covers postpartum questions you may have including but not limited to: physical recovery, mental health, fitness, sex after childbirth, and more.
We also will be educating you on newborn health, appearances and abilities, specific infant care techniques including bottle feeding, breastfeeding, colic, sleep support, soothing techniques, diapering, hygiene, safety, and healthcare.
Finally, we will spend a significant amount of time educating you on breastfeeding: breast anatomy and hormones, positions, milk transitions, latching, supplies and more.
Class will have a one hour lunch break. Pricing for this class includes birthing mom plus one support person.
