About the event
Our comprehensive childbirth education classes are based upon data and up to date recommendations found on Evidence Based Birth . This course covers pregnancy questions you may have, the physiological and hormonal aspects of the birth process, coping skills and comfort measures, the biomechanics of your pelvis & positions for optimal presentation and progression, preparing for a physiological unmedicated birth, postpartum education, intro to breastfeeding and basic newborn preferences.
These courses are available as group sessions. If you would like a private session, an additional fee of $50 will apply. Pricing for this class includes birthing mom plus one support person.
