Childbirth Education Class | In-person | 2 weeks

This class is a two week series. You will attend two weeks back to back to complete the class.

This is a comprehensive personalized childbirth education course.  Classes are based upon the six healthy birth practices of Lamaze International. This course covers pregnancy questions you may have, the physiological and hormonal aspects of the birth process, common interventions as well as risks/benefits of them, coping techniques, labor positions for optimal fetal positioning and progression, postpartum education, breastfeeding and newborn care.

Pricing for this class includes birthing mom plus one support person.
